Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing & Delivery Times
Each item ships directly from the supplier that manufactures or stocks it, so delivery times vary by product and are shown on the product page. As a general guide, most orders arrive within 5 to 13 business days of being placed (processing time plus carrier transit). A few made-to-order items can take longer, up to 16 business days — this is noted on the product page when it applies. These are business-day estimates and don't include weekends or public holidays. If we're ever unable to ship your order within the estimated window, we'll notify you by email and offer the choice of continuing to wait or receiving a full refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping cost, if any, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Restrictions
A small number of products ship to the continental United States only and cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. This is noted on the product page when it applies.

Multiple-Item Orders
If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal, and you'll receive a tracking email for each shipment.
